Equipment & Surface Preparation: Perform burn and blast tasks on the overhead line, replace flatline trays, and prepare turntables for painters.
Booth & Tool Maintenance: Repaper paint booths, empty powder waste dispensers, and organize hooks and plugs throughout the plant.
Operational Support: Rotate load bars on conveyors and assist with specialized projects in departments such as Phosphate, Chromate, and Water Treatment.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain production floor cleanliness and perform outdoor maintenance activities, including mowing and trimming.
Material Handling: Safely operate a forklift to support production needs.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or facility maintenance is required.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with shop tools, cleaning chemicals, and sterilization methods.Physical Capabilities: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally while working in various conditions.Logistics: Prior forklift experience is necessary.Professionalism: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance record, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
