Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the company site is clean, lit, and maintained to company standard.
- Ensure vendors are consistently maintaining all landscaping to company standard.
- Assisting plan and schedule repairs.
- Complete pending work orders both timely and effectively.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- Identify and report any concerns or process issues.
- Responsible for conducting and maintaining Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Availability: Attendance and punctuality are a must. You must be willing to work overtime on short notice to meet clients' goals, sometimes in other departments.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and utilize team lift assistance for heavier items. Must be able to walk for long periods of time throughout large facilities and/or stand in one area for long periods of time
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Work Environment: Constantly works in an environment where the indoor/outdoor temperatures may fluctuate based on seasonality
- Willingness to Cross-Train: Ability to train in other departments
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous Utility experience is required
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand processes and concepts involving the use of various pieces of technology
