Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, logistics, and inventory management for our site in Alachua, FL. This role is primarily office-based and critical to supporting the efficient operations of our external warehouse. The ideal candidate brings strong Microsoft Office skills, a solid understanding of ERP systems, and hands-on experience managing daily administrative and logistics functions.

Responsibilities:
- ERP & Order Batching: Review available shipments in the ERP system and generate/print daily and weekly pick lists for the shipping team.
- Logistics & Freight Management: Obtain freight quotes using online carrier/broker tools and process outbound shipments through a Transportation Management System (TMS).
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to work professionally across internal departments.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of inbound and outbound logistics processes.
- Technical Systems: Hands-on experience with ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to build reports and presentations.
