The Warehouse Clerk provides essential administrative and data support for daily warehouse operations. Working primarily from the warehouse office, this role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing work orders, and ensuring all warehouse documentation is organized and up-to-date. Responsibilities:
Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry into the inventory management system to track stock levels, locations, and movements.
Order Administration: Process and organize order summaries, pick tickets, and work orders for the warehouse team.
Document Control: Organize and maintain all files related to warehouse activity, including receipts, inventory counts, and logs.
Excel Reporting: Maintain basic spreadsheets to track daily production, inventory discrepancies, or general warehouse metrics.
Inventory Support: Reconcile physical inventory counts with system data and investigate any immediate clerical errors.
Internal Communication: Act as a point of contact for office and floor staff to provide status updates on orders and stock availability.
Coordination: Communicate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and resolve shipment discrepanci
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 AM
Skills:
Basic Computer Literacy: Ability to navigate folders, use email (Outlook/Gmail), and learn new software quickly.
Basic Excel: Must be able to open spreadsheets, enter data accurately, and save files.
High School Diploma or GED: Or equivalent work experience in an administrative or warehouse setting.
Accuracy: A track record of being detail-oriented (e.g., ensuring "Part A" isn't entered as "Part B").

Computer Proficiency: Strong experience with general office software and the ability to navigate complex database systems.

Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a professional office capacity while being physically located within a warehouse facility.
