Responsibilities:
Inbound Logistics: Receive and "accession" (log) incoming medical samples into a digital database.
Precision Tracking: Use scanning technology and Microsoft Excel to ensure every sample is accounted for and labeled correctly.
Lab Support: Prepare and transport samples to different laboratory departments based on urgency and temperature requirements.
Compliance: Follow strict safety and gowning protocols (safety glasses, gloves, and lab coats) to maintain a sterile environment.
Teamwork: Work closely with a team of technicians to meet daily processing deadlines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Attention to Detail & Accuracy: High level of precision in labeling, counting, and sorting materials to avoid errors in throughput and order fulfillment.
Inventory & Material Handling: Experience moving, stacking, and organizing freight or stock without the use of heavy machinery, or using manual tools like pallet jacks and dollies
Environment Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in controlled environments, maintaining cleanliness and order in compliance with warehouse/lab safety standards.
Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to manage daily tasks independently while meeting production quotas or turnaround times

Qualifications:
Reliability: Ability to work a Tuesday?Saturday schedule consistently.
Attention to Detail: You must be comfortable following written "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) without cutting corners.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with computers (email, data entry, and basic Excel).
Physical Stamina: Able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
