Nightshift: Tuesday - Saturday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Important Training Note: Training will begin on a Monday - Friday schedule and will officially transition to the permanent Tuesday - Saturday schedule in mid-to-late October.

Spherion Staffing is currently hiring hard-working, detail-oriented Warehouse General Labor / Records Associates for a top-tier client facility located in West Chester, OH.
In this role, you will perform physical tasks to safely move, store, and retrieve physical assets while relying on high attention to detail for precise sorting and filing. This position offers a steady, active environment with great pay and employee-friendly workplace perks.
Responsibilities:
Physical Moving & Storage: Safely transport, lift, and stack storage boxes and physical documents across the facility.
Sorting & Precise Filing: Accurately sort, organize, and file inventory items according to numeric and alphabetical indexing systems.
Quality & Accuracy Checks: Double-check box labels, barcodes, and file positions to maintain accurate record-keeping.
General Warehouse Duties: Perform order staging, facility upkeep, and routine general labor tasks to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Heavy Lifting: Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 9-hour shift.
Full Range of Motion: Frequent kneeling, reaching, bending, stooping, and stretching required to access lower and upper storage shelves.
Shift Expectations: Comfortable working structured 9-hour daily shifts across the available day or night schedules.
Workplace Perks: One earbud permitted while working on the floor (must adhere to facility safety guidelines and maintain situational awareness).
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Prior experience in general labor, warehouse work, or stockroom filing is a plus, but not required.
