Responsibilities:
>Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and manage a team of 8 warehouse personnel, ensuring high productivity and strict adherence to safety protocols.
>Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse logistics, workflow efficiency, and high-volume pallet movement within a high-speed environment.
>Communication & Tech Tracking: Use computers and standard applications daily to track operational metrics, manage schedules, and maintain data accuracy.
>Floor Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact on the floor to clear operational bottlenecks, manage container/truck space, and keep team members aligned to maintain target flow rates.
>Collaboration: Maintain clear, reliable communication with shift leads and upper management to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational success.
Working hours: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
Skills:
Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) operations inside a major retail distribution center network. Prior hands-on experience or certifications in forklift operation and safety. Strong inventory tracking skills and experience resolving workflow bottlenecks in real-time. High level of scheduling flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend operational needs.
