Responsibilities:
You will manage the end-to-end flow of materials by processing deliveries, loading trailers for shipment, and ensuring all goods are stored in compliance with GMP procedures. A significant portion of this role involves active inventory control, where you will perform daily cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods, resolve discrepancies, and process material destruction orders for non-conforming inventory. To maintain high accuracy levels, you will frequently use systems like Oracle to track movements, fix errors, and support the rework team by locating product. On the warehouse floor, you will safely operate forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks while maintaining a clean, compliant, and organized facility.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of commercial invoices and international shipping regulations.
Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience.
Proven ability to operate or become certified on a Forklift, Walkie Rider, and Order Selector.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with logistics services and internal team members.
High School Diploma.
