We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse team in Spanish Fork, Utah. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Shipments: Safely unload trucks, containers, and pallets containing incoming freight.
Verification & Inspection: Inspect shipments for damage, verify piece counts against bill of lading (BOL) and packing slips, and report any discrepancies.
Inventory Entry: Accurately log received inventory into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Material Handling: Move, stack, and stage materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and stage items in designated warehouse locations.
Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by disposing of trash, pallets, and packing material.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
Experience: Prior warehouse or 3PL receiving experience is a plus, but not required (on-the-job training provided).

Qualifications:
Physical Ability: Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs independently throughout an 8-hour shift.
Communication: Functional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to accurately process receiving documentation, follow safety guidelines, and coordinate with team members.
