Responsibilities:
Heavy Freight Handling: Manually load and unload trucks, moving bulky items and navigating pallets using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
Quality Assurance: Apply sharp attention to detail during the intake process to ensure products are damage-free and ready for the consumer.
Operational Flow: Maintain a high pace on the warehouse floor, involving continuous movement, reaching, bending, and transporting freight up to 50 lbs.
Cross-Departmental Logistics: Navigate large-scale facility floors to deliver goods to the correct departments efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team to meet strict daily processing goals in a high-volume setting.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
Warehouse Expertise: Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse, loading dock, or industrial environment.
Technical Aptitude: Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
Fast-Paced Decision Making: Ability to troubleshoot inventory issues and make quick adjustments in a rapidly changing environment.
Climate Resilience: Comfort working in an open-air warehouse environment where temperatures mirror outdoor conditions.

Qualifications:
High Physical Capacity: Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavily loaded carts, and remain on your feet for the duration of a long shift.
Extreme Reliability: Attendance and punctuality are critical; must be able to work 11+ hour shifts and meet mandatory seasonal attendance requirements.
Overtime Ready: Flexibility to work extended hours on short notice is essential.
Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate safely with team members in a loud, busy environment.
Compliance: Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
