The Warehouse Sanitation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the facility remains in a pristine, safe, and "tour-ready" state at all times. By following a strict sanitation schedule, this role maintains both the interior warehouse and office environments, as well as exterior grounds. This position is vital to operational safety, employee morale, and regulatory compliance within our fast-paced distribution center.

Responsibilities:
- Interior Sanitization: Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and office areas according to the established sanitation schedule.
- Facility Aesthetics: Sweep and scrub warehouse floors and office areas; wipe down racks, guard rails, and walls to eliminate dust and debris.
- Exterior Maintenance: Clean building exteriors, including windows and walkways; empty all exterior trash containers and receptacles.
- Waste Management: Ensure all trash and recycling bins throughout the facility are emptied and processed per schedule.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment that is always ready for customer or corporate tours.
- Adaptive Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by management and remain flexible to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Skills:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and recognize locations, dates, and product codes accurately.
- Professionalism: Proven ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization (peers, customers, and supervisors).
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively to a team.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment; ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices to ensure no task is overlooked.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One (1) year or more of previous warehouse sanitation experience.
- Certification: Prior experience or the ability to become equipment certified (e.g., floor scrubbers or pallet jacks) depending on specific location needs.
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of basic sanitation chemicals and safety protocols (SDS).
