We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipper to join our tight-knit logistics team of eight. In this role, you won't just be moving boxes; you will be the final point of quality control and the architect of our outbound logistics. You will manage the entire lifecycle of an order-from pulling and packing to navigating the complexities of international customs documentation. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull, pack, and process outbound orders to ensure timely delivery.
Logistics Documentation: Create shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOL), and essential customs documentation for international shipments.
Inventory Management: Perform regular cycle counts, execute inventory transfers, and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
Carrier Coordination: Schedule carrier pick-ups and serve as the primary point of contact for transportation providers.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate within a small team (4 Shippers, 2 Receivers, 2 Material Handlers) and cross-train in receiving and material handling to ensure fluid warehouse operations.
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
International Expertise: Prior experience specifically handling international shipping regulations and customs paperwork.
Inventory Control: Background in formal cycle counting processes and inventory reconciliation.
Versatility: A "team-player" mindset with an interest in learning receiving and material handling workflows.

Qualifications:
Shipping Systems Proficiency: Proven experience using ERP or MRP systems to complete shipping transactions.
Technical Literacy: Competency in Microsoft Office tools for data entry and communication.
Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with preparing domestic shipments and ensuring packages meet safety and carrier standards.
Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent Mon???Fri, 9:30 AM ??? 6:00 PM schedule.
