Responsibilities:
- Break Picker: $17.00 / hr Floor-level order picking using handheld scanners/tablets, pushing rolling carts, quality checking items, and packing/manifesting shipments.
- Vinyl Operator: $18.00 / hr Hands-on production support, operating mattress stuffing machines, building cardboard boxes, and operating shrink-wrap equipment.
- Receiver: $18.00 / hr Strenuous physical unloading of incoming shipping containers, inspecting/verifying products, palletizing, and operating pallet jacks.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 AM

Skills:
- Receiver: Electric pallet jack experience is strongly preferred; prior distribution center/receiving background.
- Vinyl Operator: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment preferred.
- Break Picker: Previous order picking, packing, or RF scanner experience preferred.

No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- Work History: Solid, stable work history with a fully updated resume showing relevant distribution or manufacturing experience.
- Client Interview: Must be open and prepared to complete an in-person or virtual interview with the hiring manager prior to placement.
- Equipment & Tools: Comfortable operating standard and electric pallet jacks (especially critical for Receiving roles). Ability to use handheld RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and move continuously throughout an 8-hour shift. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and pushing/pulling loaded carts or pallets).
- Mindset & Soft Skills: Positive attitude, strong attendance record, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn and cross-train across departments.
- Footwear (PPE): Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes/boots are required on day one (slip-on toe covers are available if needed).
- High-Vis Vest: Provided on-site upon arrival. Hearing Protection: Provided and required when working in active production areas.
- Tobacco Policy: Designated outdoor smoking areas only; tobacco products are prohibited in all other areas, including parking lots and personal vehicles
