Responsibilities:
Floor Maintenance: Keep the fast-paced work floor clean, safe, and free of debris by picking up plastic packaging bags and trash.
Pallet Organization: Safely adjust, stack, and organize empty pallets to ensure smooth traffic flow for forklifts and teams.
Workspace Support: Actively monitor designated areas to clear clutter and resolve simple workspace bottlenecks as they happen.
Team Collaboration: Assist warehouse team leads and forklift operators by keeping material staging areas tidy and organized.
Safety Adherence: Maintain high safety standards and awareness on a busy distribution floor without the use of any heavy machinery or power tools.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution network.
Experience handling material organization or pallet adjustment safely by hand.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset-someone who naturally spots a mess or a misplaced pallet and takes care of it.
High level of schedule flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend operational needs.
