Responsibilities:
Carefully inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
Select appropriate packaging materials based on the size, shape, and fragility of items.
Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing padding, wrapping, or other protective materials as needed.
Label packages accurately with shipping information, barcodes, or tracking numbers to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
Maintain a clean and organized packing station to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with warehouse staff to receive incoming inventory and prepare outgoing shipments promptly.
Record packing activities and update inventory systems to reflect shipped items.
Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries in the packing area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for faster, safer packing procedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift packages of varying weights safely.
Basic reading and communication skills in English; familiarity with barcode scanning or inventory management systems is advantageous.
