Responsibilities:
Assemble finished parts and components using hand and power tools.
Handle packing and cart management, including counting, packaging, sealing, and palletizing finished goods for shipping.
Operate material handling equipment, including sit-down and standup forklifts (for designated warehouse roles).
Perform quality checks by visually inspecting finished products prior to packaging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in an active industrial setting.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Prior experience utilizing hand and power tools.
At least 1 year of sit-down or standup forklift experience (required for specific warehouse operator tracks).
Bi-lingual capability (Spanish/English) is a welcome bonus!

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, assembly, or packing environments.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled industrial plant.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and stand, bend, squat, or twist throughout your shifts.
Safety Requirement: Candidates must wear steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes for interviews and tour site visits.
