Join our production team creating pavement stone. You will be responsible for the "wet cast" side of operations-ensuring the precise mixing, pouring, and setting of stone veneer products. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Material Mixing: Prepare stone batches by mixing cement, aggregates, and pigments to exact specifications.
Mold Filling: Operate pouring equipment to fill stone molds evenly, ensuring proper density and texture.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain molds, mixers, and pouring lines to prevent product buildup.
Working hours: 4:45 PM - 3:15 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in concrete, masonry, or wet-cast manufacturing.
Knowledge of mixing ratios and pigment measurements.
Familiarity with industrial mixers or automated pouring systems.
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for long shifts in an industrial environment.
Precision: Strong eye for detail regarding color, texture, and consistency.
Environment: Comfortable working in a dusty, wet, and loud manufacturing setting.
Reliability: Consistent attendance is vital for maintaining the production line flow.
