Key Qualifications and Skills
We're looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. If you have any of the following skills, we want to hear from you!
Foundational Skills (Required)
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a shift
Strong attention to detail for order accuracy and inventory tracking
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety protocols
Basic computer literacy for data entry or scanning equipment
Commitment to punctuality and a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work various shifts (Day, Night, or Weekend) as needed
Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Advanced Skills (Preferred for some positions)
Forklift Certification (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach Truck, or Cherry Picker)
Experience with RF Scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Prior experience in Air Cargo, 3PL, or Food Distribution environments
Proficiency in Inventory Cycle Counting and Auditing
Knowledge of LTL (Less Than Truckload) and freight shipping procedures
Experience with electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines
