Spherion is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our warehouse and fulfillment team for the upcoming peak season in Taylor, PA for 1st & 3rd shift. In this role, you will be cross-trained across multiple fulfillment areas to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Pay Rate: $18.50 / hour
1st shift: Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, PLUS a short shift on Thursday (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM). So, three 12-hr days + one 4-hr day to equal 40 hours.
OR
3rd shift: Sunday-Wednesday 7:00PM-6:30AM
Project Duration: Starting as soon as August 10th + 11th and running through November/December. (could start sooner!)
Responsibilities:
Cooler Picking: Safely select light items using paper picking lists inside a temperature-controlled cooler environment (maintained at a brisk 30?F).
Order Packing (Outside Cooler): Verify order accuracy and prepare items for outbound shipment using basic computer functions and handheld scanners.
Thermosafe Packing: Work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment along a conveyor line to securely pack temperature-sensitive products.
Flexibility: Transition seamlessly between picking, packing, and staging areas as production volume shifts.
