Spherion West Springfield MA is seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to support warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced environment. Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
Pick, pack, and stage products for shipment according to orders
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Inspect products and materials for damage or quality issues
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support team operations
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environments
Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment
Teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if required

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1 to 4 years of warehouse or distribution experience
Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Reliable attendance and good work ethic
High School Diploma or equivalent
