The details for the position are as follows:
- Duration: 4-6 months
- Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Driver Check-In: Greeting incoming drivers, verifying identification, and reviewing shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading.
- Trailer Inspections: Inspecting trailers to note status, weight, and any damages. This involves physically walking around the units and using an iPad to log data into our inspection system.
- System Tracking: Managing email correspondence, updating check-in/out logs, and processing information within the Bill of Lading systems.
- Documentation: Ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and exchanged with drivers.
This role operates in a dynamic environment, with time split between a professional office setting and working outdoors to inspect arriving trucks and trailers.
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Capability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to the start date.
- Steel-toed shoes required
