Responsibilities:
- Set up MIG-welding equipment, jigs, fixtures, and grinders to accurately weld and assemble parts according to varying material types and thicknesses.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and work orders with minimal guidance to determine exact weld requirements for each unit.
- Managed workflow efficiently to consistently meet or exceed minimum and maximum production quantity targets and scheduling dates.
- Utilized gauges, measuring tools, and inspection techniques to test completed work, ensuring 100% compliance with strict quality standards.
- Conducted regular lubrication and basic preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Demonstrated high flexibility by seamlessly transitioning between workbenches 2 and 4 to support shifting production demands.
- Maintained a neat, organized, and efficient work area while successfully executing diversified tasks and extra duties as assigned.
- Operated all equipment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations, internal policies, and safe work practices.
- Consistently wore required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), identified and reported workplace hazards immediately, and actively supported an environment free of violence and harassment.

- Proven ability to work efficiently with little to no supervision.
- Able to lift, move, and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly throughout a shift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and hazard reporting.
