Empowering Our Local Communities through Generosity
Spherion brandishes the power of local through a network of independent and empowered franchise owners. Our offices enrich their communities through connecting and facilitating employment opportunities every day. Spherion’s Community Giveback Program began in 2014 and has donated more than $1 million to nonprofits nationwide. This program gives our local franchisees the power to amplify the message of local charities within their communities and give back through monetary donations and volunteer events.
Spherion Columbia's nonprofit beneficiaries vary in size, scope, and cause, and are selected based on our ongoing efforts to create positive change in the local community. Our chosen organizations so far this year include:

- Pawmetto Lifeline
- The Dickerson Children's Advocacy Center
- The Courage Center
- Ezekiel Ministries
