Schedule & Pay
Base Pay: $25.00/hour
Overtime Pay: $37.50/hour (Daily overtime is mandatory and frequent).
Start Time: 3:00 PM
End Time: Shifts typically end at 1:30 AM (10 hours) but frequently run until 3:30 AM (12+ hours).
Work Days: Monday - Friday (Must be open to working Saturdays or Sundays as production demands).
Responsibilities:
Operate Machinery: Run plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts based on strict work orders.
Quality Control: Monitor process temperatures and injection pressures to ensure consistency; identify and report any defects immediately.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Skills:
Precision Measurement: Verify machine settings and part quality using tools such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparators.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure all customer specifications are met.
Maintenance: Perform occasional preventive maintenance on machinery as instructed.

Qualifications:
Experience: Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers) is highly desired.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods and comfortably work 10-12 hour shifts.
Screening: Candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and education verification.
