Responsibilities:
Guide daily product movement through SMT, cable/wiring, assembly, and inspection cells to ensure targets are met on time.
Track team attendance, verify shift clock-ins/outs, and promptly report any line stoppages or material shortages.
Maintain strict IPC Class 3 quality standards, 6S organization, and ESD protocols across the floor.
Conduct clear, organized end-of-shift handoffs with incoming and outgoing shift leadership.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
Strong hands-on proficiency in SMT, cable and wiring assembly, final assembly, or quality inspection.
Solid working knowledge of IPC Class 3 workmanship standards and ESD safety practices.
Effective communication skills to coordinate team priorities and escalate floor issues quickly.
Basic computer literacy and experience using ERP/MRP systems for production tracking.
Qualifications:
2 to 7 years of hands-on electronics manufacturing experience (aerospace, defense, medical, or space industry experience preferred).
U.S. Citizenship or ITAR eligibility required.
Proven track record of reliability, strong attention to detail, and accountability.
