Responsibilities:
Remove heavy slug and slag buildup from industrial plasma cutting machines
Use basic hand tools and manual techniques to clear debris from machine beds and components
Lift scoop and haul heavy metal waste products to designated disposal areas
Perform repetitive physical tasks including bending reaching and lifting in an industrial shop environment
Maintain a clean and safe workspace around high value manufacturing equipment
Follow all facility safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
This is a physically demanding role requiring high stamina and the ability to handle heavy metal byproduct
Work is performed in a non climate controlled steel manufacturing plant with exposure to dust debris and loud noise
Candidates must be able to stand kneel and bend for the duration of an 8 hour shift

Ability to work the full duration of the project usually 2 to 5 days
Reliable transportation to the job site for an 8:00 AM start time
Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
