The Account Representative is responsible for ensuring the seamless and accurate flow of customer sales orders from entry through to fulfillment. This position directly supports the sales team, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient order handling and timely fulfillment. The Account Representative serves as the primary liaison between the Sales team and the Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order processing, and scheduled shipping.

Responsibilities:
Lead the customer service deliverables, including processing requests from the Sales team and customers.
Manage inventory, which involves tracking, organizing, and ensuring appropriate stock replenishment.
Assist with customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery timelines (when called upon).
Provide excellent service and clear communication to customers via phone and email (when called upon).
Perform administrative support tasks for the Sales team as required to help streamline their operations.
Handle high phone call, and email volume.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous professional administrative or office experience is mandatory.
Possess strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a proactive sense of urgency.
Demonstrated familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Outlook) is required.
Proven ability to handle a high volume, fast paced environment. 
Experience with tracking products from order to client  delivery.
