ancial data, we want to help you get to a better place in your career.As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will oversee the collection of payments from various accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and collaborate closely with sales and guest services teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values clear, human-centered communication.
Responsibilities:
-Monitor and review aging reports weekly and monthly to ensure timely payments and identify past-due accounts.
-Verify the accuracy of billing information, including discounts and taxes, and generate invoices for customers.
-Maintain meticulous records of payment transactions and reconcile guest accounts regularly to resolve any discrepancies.
-Provide exceptional service by responding professionally to inquiries from guests, groups, or wholesalers regarding their billing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience with SAP or Maestro PMS software.
-Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
-Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Minimum of two years of accounts receivable experience.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
