Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
-Reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices with high accuracy to ensure timely payments.
-Generating client billings and ensuring payments are applied to the correct accounts.
-Assisting the management team with end-of-month reporting and specialized data entry tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with formulas and data organization.
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of meeting weekly deadlines.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounts payable or receivable role.
