Financial Management: Handle payment receipts, deposits, and refunds while coordinating directly with banks and the State Treasurer’s Office.
Invoice Processing: Efficiently manage Accounts Receivable by sending invoices via mail, email, and online portals.
Tactful Collections: Monitor aging reports and conduct professional, diplomatic outreach to customers regarding overdue accounts.
Team Collaboration: Act as a vital backup for your colleagues and assist with specialized finance projects as needed.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting-focused role (required).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
The "Soft Skills" Edge: You are a motivated team player who thrives in an open-office environment and possesses the tact needed for sensitive collection conversations.
Education: No degree required—we value your hands-on experience and reliability above all else!
