Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable: Oversee the full-cycle AP process, including matching, coding, and entering invoices into QuickBooks Online.
Support Accounts Receivable: Assist with basic AR entry and payment posting as needed (Please note: No cold collections calls are required for this role).
Maintain Financial Accuracy: Support the recent system transition to QuickBooks Online by ensuring vendor accounts and records are immaculate and perfectly reconciled.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous AP experience in a medical setting is preferred
