- In this role, you will take ownership of diverse accounting functions, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across multiple areas:
- Financial Transaction Management: Execute and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll operations, and employee expense reimbursements.
- Data Integrity & System Management: Input and manage financial data within our accounting software, ensuring complete accuracy, confidentiality, and organized record-keeping.
- Reporting & Compliance: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, reconcile general ledger accounts, and help prepare insightful financial statements and analyses in alignment with GAAP standards.
- Collaborative Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding billing, payments, and correspondence management across company email channels.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, document procedures, and assist in onboarding and training team members on financial protocols.

- Deep understanding of GAAP and fundamental accounting practices.

Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: A minimum of four years of hands-on accounting experience (focused on AP/AR). Experience operating within a manufacturing environment or managing multiple entities is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite.
