Key Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for individuals who are organized, analytical, and ready to maintain financial integrity for our clients. If you have any of the following skills, we want to hear from you!
Foundational Skills (Required)
Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and speed.
Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience with account reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheets).
Ability to process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional communication for vendor management or collections.
Advanced Skills (Preferred for some positions)
Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
Experience in Medical Billing or Patient Financial Services (ICD-10, CPT codes).
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Prior experience in General Ledger (GL) maintenance and month-end close.
Knowledge of Payroll processing and tax filings.
Experience in specialized industries such as logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.
