The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle of the "order-to-cash" process. This includes ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services, maintaining precise financial records, and providing excellent customer service to resolve billing discrepancies.

Generate & Distribute: Prepare and send accurate customer invoices via mail or electronic portals in a timely manner.
Data Integrity: Ensure billing reflects correct pricing, discounts, and terms as per customer contracts.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Payment Processing: Post daily receipts from various channels, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards.
Account Coding: Accurately apply payments to specific invoices within the ERP system to maintain clean ledger
Aging Oversight: Monitor the "Accounts Receivable Aging Report" to identify and prioritize past-due balances.
Proactive Outreach: Initiate professional collection calls or emails to customers to secure payment.
Month-End Support: Assist the accounting team with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and accruals.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous Accounts Receivable experience.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Jonas, NetSuite, SAP, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
