Must have QUICK BOOKS experience!!!
Responsibilities:
This position will be invoicing, (generating and sending invoices out promptly)
Ensure that billing terms match customer contracts.
Process and post payments.
Reconcile bank statements.
General Ledger positings.

Resolve customer issues.
Weekly A/R reporting.
Setup new customers in accounting system.
Collections notices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
