Responsibilities:
In this role, you will play a key part in the finance department by managing daily accounts receivable tasks, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will collaborate closely with accounting leadership to reconcile accounts, research past-due balances, and keep financial reporting running smoothly across dynamic media properties.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Experience with Great Plains or WideOrbit software.
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-At least two years of related accounts receivable experience.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
-Ability to operate standard office equipment (computers, 10-key calculator, copier).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
