Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and assisting recruiters and management to ensure smooth staffing processes. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to recruiters, managers, and staffing coordinators
• Answer and route phone calls, emails, and inquiries from candidates and clients
• Maintain and update employee records, credentials, and compliance documents
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, and license verification
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and assignments
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with payroll support, timekeeping, and invoicing as needed
• Perform general office duties and special projects as assigned

Education: High School
