Spherion VT is recruiting for an administrative professional to provide essential assistance to our client's sales and service teams in South Burlington. This position will be focusing on order processing, contract management, and internal coordination. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will have the opportunity at ensuring data integrity across systems and supporting various billing and lease administration tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing sales orders, updating internal systems, and supporting month-end administrative activities.
- Enter and maintain accurate contract information and assist with service rate updates and data entry.
- Support invoicing and credit processing for projects and contracts while responding to billing inquiries under guidance.
- Handle lease administration tasks and maintain active communication and coordination with leasing vendors.
- Monitor shared email inboxes, maintain electronic filing systems, and scan deal paperwork into internal databases.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Comfort working within internal databases and a willingness to learn new proprietary software and systems.
- Experience in preparing basic reports and customer-facing documents to support sales representative requests.
- Ability to handle special projects and overflow support, representing approximately 10% of the total workload.
- Competency with standard computer functions and Microsoft Office applications for daily administrative tasks.
- A proactive approach to monitoring workflows and ensuring all paperwork is complete for month-end reporting.

Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in order entry, contract setup, and record-keeping.
- Capacity to work comfortably with numbers, follow complex internal processes, and solve basic administrative problems.
- Skill in managing shared email inboxes and responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in maintaining electronic files, scanning paperwork, and organizing deal documentation.
- Ability to meet established turnaround times for invoicing and provide information to sales teams within service timelines.
