What You'll Be Doing
Purchasing & Inventory: You???ll manage the "shopping carts" for the facility. This means ordering everything from medical supplies to janitorial goods using SAP/SCEIS software.
Vendor Management: You???ll be the point person for vendors, ensuring invoices match what was delivered and resolving any pricing or tax errors.
Office Operations: Support the team by managing equipment leases (like copiers/mail machines) and handling specialized correspondence.
Audit Prep: Keep documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, and receipts) organized so that every dollar spent is accounted for.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Education:
High School
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 1+ years of solid office administrative experience.
Tech Skills: You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office. If you???ve used SAP, SRM, or SCEIS, you???re at the top of our list!
Professionalism: You???ll be representing a state agency, so clear communication and a sharp eye for detail are must-haves.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to complete a background checks and drug screen for state facility access.
Speed: Ability to type 35+ WPM accurately.
