Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients, handling incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism.
Manage data entry for shipment tracking, ensuring accuracy in the internal management system.
Coordinate schedules and dispatch information to ensure timely operations.
Process and verify shipping documentation, billing, and invoices.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide administrative solutions to support the management team.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience (Logistics or Supply Chain experience is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask under pressure, and a reliable work ethic.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
