This is a 100% onsite position at our office, offering a stable Monday through Friday schedule with a touch of flexibility to help you maintain that all-important work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide dedicated secretarial support to several principals, adapting to various administrative needs as they arise.
Calendar & Coordination: Take the lead on scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars using MS Outlook.
Travel Logistics: Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation. (Bonus: You may occasionally travel yourself to support the team at industry conferences!)
Document Mastery: Prepare, edit, and proofread professional documents using Word for Windows, ensuring everything meets our organizational standards.
Office Flow: Manage incoming/outgoing mail, maintain an efficient physical and electronic filing system, and keep our office supplies stocked and cost-effective.
Communication: Serve as a professional first point of contact for phone inquiries and visitors.
