Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to management and department teams.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning as needed.
Assist with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping activities.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documentation.
Support onboarding activities, employee communications, and office initiatives.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects and administrative tasks.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Skills:
Experience supporting managers, directors, or executive-level leadership.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar business software.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting and spreadsheet management.
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and company events.
Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or corporate office environments.
Knowledge of document control and records management processes.
Good communication skills are a plus.

Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
3+ years of administrative assistant, office coordinator, or executive support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset.
