File & Data Management: Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of accurate, up-to-date employee files (including creating new hire files and auditing existing ones). Pull employee acknowledgments from Paycor and handle record retention and I-9 auditing. Onboarding & Training Preparation: Assemble associate orientation folders, HR managerial training folders, benefits folders, injury packets, and new hire welcome bags. HR Communications & Admin: Assist in drafting HR memos, announcements, emails, forms, trainings, and job descriptions. Help update policies and documents as instructed. General Office Support: Maintain updated company phone lists, place business card orders, assist with compiling company newsletters, and help analyze 360 review feedback. Additional Tasks: Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.General office working conditions. Largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required, which includes the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.

Prior experience working within an HR department or using HR/payroll platforms (such as Paycor). High level of mental agility, flexibility, and credibility in a dynamic work environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin, or in a similar support role. Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with discretion. Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
