Responsibilities:
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business users to identify, prioritize, and solve high-impact operational and technical challenges through software, data, and AI solutions.
Build and deploy AI-powered applications, workflows, and tooling that address real-world business needs and accelerate decision-making.
Drive end-to-end delivery of solutions, including requirements gathering, development, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing iteration.
Work directly with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions leveraging AI, analytics, and data platforms.
Develop and refine AI-enabled workflows, including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and application-layer integrations to ensure reliable and high-quality outputs.
Design and implement human-in-the-loop systems that balance automation with appropriate oversight, governance, and user control.
Build data pipelines, integrations, and analytics solutions that unify information from multiple enterprise systems using SQL, APIs, and modern data engineering practices.
Create intuitive user experiences and decision-support tools that transform complex, multi-source data into actionable recommendations and business insights.
Drive adoption by embedding solutions into existing workflows, training end users, and serving as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Experience: Prior experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
AI Governance: Strong understanding of AI governance, human-in-the-loop system design, model evaluation, and explainability principles.

Qualifications:
Experience: 5?10+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, or related technical roles with significant hands-on development experience.
Software Engineering: Strong software engineering skills, including experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications and integrations.
AI Deployment: Proven experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions, including applications leveraging generative AI (GenAI) and large language models (LLMs).
Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing data across multiple enterprise systems and databases.
Solution Architecture: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and rapidly iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Project & Team Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, alongside experience managing projects independently in fast-paced environments with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
