Prepare and manually immerse parts in cleaning, rinsing, and electrolytic plating solutions.
Monitor and adjust tank controls, solution temperatures, and electrical currents according to job specifications.
Maintain plating and rinsing tanks, ensuring proper chemical mixtures and water levels.
Perform visual quality inspections on finished parts and accurately complete required traveler documents and inspection forms.
Adhere to shop floor procedures, maintain safety standards, and train team members as needed.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail to interpret written and verbal work instructions accurately.
Basic mathematical skills and reliable problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with team members and management.
Solid physical stamina, including the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in chemical processing, plating, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
