Resident Service: Respond promptly and professionally to resident work orders: plumbing issues, electrical repairs, appliance malfunctions
Make-Ready: Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing repairs, including painting, drywall repair, appliance installation, and deep cleaning checks
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of common areas, building exteriors, and mechanical systems
Areas: Assist in maintaining the community???s appearance, including cleaning shared spaces, pool maintenance, and general landscaping upkeep
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of completed work, inventory usage, and supply needs.
Participate in an on-call rotation to address after-hours maintenance

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
*Working proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and general carpentry.
*Experience using hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills) and power tools.
*Interpersonal skills to interact positively and professionally with residents and management staff.
*Ability to prioritize multiple work orders and complete tasks efficiently.
*Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs, work in confined spaces, stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
*High school diploma or GED required. Vocational/trade school training or certifications (e.g., EPA/HVAC certification) are preferred.
Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years
