The ideal candidate will help the machine operator by preparing materials to be shaped by machines, and performing additional work on products output by machines. This position is considered a "Machine Operator in Training". The successful candidate will be able to assist the machine operator in by ensuring that the ideal amount of material is used throughout the manufacturing process, and that scrap is minimized. .
