Key Details & Compensation:
*Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
*Pay rate : $23 to $25/hr
*Additional Perks: 50hours of Sick pay
Responsibilities:
-Perform general maintenance and preventative repairs across 4???5 residential properties in the NE Seattle area.
-Handle rekeying of doors and lock hardware installations.
-Tackle "handyman" tasks including basic plumbing, interior/exterior touch-ups, and light electrical work.
-Address immediate property needs with a focus on quality and resident satisfaction.
-Commute between local sites to ensure all properties are maintained to our high standards.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-High level of professionalism and a "willing to train" spirit.
-Basic plumbing, light electrical, and residential "unit turn" experience.
-Familiarity with the NE Seattle area (Ravenna, Lake City, Wedgwood, etc.).

Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year in construction or as a professional handyman.
-Willing to lift upto 50pounds.
-Must be 21 years of age or older.
-Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver???s License.
-Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
-Successful completion of a background check, drug test, and DL check is required.
