Job Description:
Maintenance will assist in the day-to-day task in helping to maintain the apartment building. Following the requested task provided by the Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
- Conduct inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Handle general upkeep, cleaning, and grounds maintenance as needed.
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 6 months
- Six months of experience is preferred; all are encouraged to apply.
