Responsibilities:
- Respond to and complete service requests from residents in a timely manner.
- Complete apartment unit turn-overs and prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Work with the Maintenance team to complete task.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop.
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 6 months
- Six months of experience is preferred, all are encouraged to apply.
Physical:
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
